A real estate and property-management business is advancing an AI-powered operating model across leasing, tenant services, facilities, asset management, finance and governance. We seek a hands-on Azure Data & AI Solution Architect to turn trusted data and enterprise architecture into production-ready intelligent services.

YOUR IMPACT

• Build grounded AI assistants and agents using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, RAG, tool calling and Logic Apps or n8n orchestration.
• Design a governed Azure data lake or lakehouse using ADLS and Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks, selected against cost, skills and workloads.
• Integrate Yardi and agreed CRM, facilities, finance and document systems through supported interfaces, reconciliation and controlled write-back.
• Establish data ownership, quality, lineage, semantic models and reliable strategic and operational KPIs.
• Define permissions, human approvals, evaluations, audit trails, monitoring and rollback. Financial and contractual commitments require human approval.
• Apply TOGAF and maintain Sparx Enterprise Architect data and technology models, tracing capabilities and processes to applications, agents, data and technology. Assess change requests against the enterprise metamodel using appropriate ArchiMate and UML views.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years in technology delivery, solution architecture or data platforms, including substantial hands-on Azure data architecture and recent production AI delivery.
• Strong Python, SQL, APIs, Azure data engineering and deployment automation.
• Evidence of evaluated agentic AI, reliable tool use, permission controls and operational support.
• TOGAF certification required; practical Sparx modelling and enterprise metamodel understanding.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience; strong professional English.
• Preferred: Yardi Voyager or related integration experience; property, leasing, facilities or real estate finance; GCC delivery; Arabic AI evaluation; relevant Microsoft Azure credentials.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A current-state assessment and prioritised PropTech use cases; an operating-model blueprint with clear owners and human/agent responsibilities; baseline, target and transition architecture models; a governed Azure data pilot with reconciled Yardi ingestion; an evaluated agent pilot with acceptance criteria and an operating runbook; and a practical roadmap covering dependencies, costs, benefits, skills and knowledge transfer.
