I advise executives and lead teams at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, governance and technology delivery.
At DEJEM Group, I established the Enterprise Architecture function from inception: its framework, operating model, service catalogue, principles, repository and governance. I also established and led the PMO / Transformation Office, connecting corporate priorities to capability roadmaps and measurable performance.
Previously, I led group IT operations at Juma Al Majid across 125 sites and developed digital transformation services for external clients. My earlier career spans government architecture, pharmaceutical technology leadership and hospitality.
