Juma Al Majid needed greater alignment across a diverse group of companies and a cloud-first approach to enterprise architecture.
My role
I contributed to this architecture journey as Senior IT Operations Manager and am named in the Orbus customer story.
Published outcome
Orbus describes improved business and IT alignment, supported by Microsoft integrations. Its 2022 customer infographic identifies strategic portfolio management as the use case and describes integration with existing CMDB and ITSM capabilities.
Delivery lesson
An architecture repository becomes useful when its relationships and dependencies inform business decisions and existing operating processes.
