Pharma International needed coordinated document, artwork and approval workflows for pharmaceutical operations and regulatory submissions.
My role
As IT Manager, I helped define requirements and coordinate a cross-functional implementation with OpenText and MGS. The OpenText success story names me and describes this collaborative approach.
Published outcome
The customer story reports a 43% improvement in workflow process time. Content Suite, Extended Workflow and Brava supported document comparison, parallel approvals, electronic signatures and access to approved content.
