A diverse group needed clearer visibility across its network and IT services to improve efficiency and support modernization.
My role
As Senior IT Operations Manager, I led improvements in network visibility, service management and communications. Network World Middle East featured this work in its August 2018 issue.
Published outcome
The feature reports savings of over AED 1.4 million following the shift from MPLS to ADSL communications. It also describes the use of ManageEngine tools and preparations for software-defined networking.
