Business challenge
Pharma International needed pharmaceutical packaging serialization and 2D Data Matrix capabilities to support Saudi market requirements.
My role
As IT Manager and project manager, I coordinated the German supplier with quality, supply chain, engineering and IT. My project records describe seven Laetus machines, two high-availability servers, infrastructure delivery and qualification testing.
Published evidence
The customer interview features me discussing the project at Pharma International. A 2015 industry feature also names me and describes the company’s Laetus implementation and training at the Track & Trace Academy.
Delivery lesson
Serialization requires coordinated change across packaging equipment, infrastructure, quality processes and operator training.
